Fawdon South has been selected to receive up to £20 million through the Government's Pride in Place Programme. This investment will support community-led improvements over the next ten years, helping local people shape a stronger, healthier and more connected neighbourhood. The programme is guided by local priorities and focuses on creating lasting benefits for communities.
About the Area
The Pride in Place boundary covers the Fawdon South area. You can view or download a copy of the neighbourhood boundary map here (upload map)
Your Neighbourhood Board
A dedicated Neighbourhood Board has been established to lead the programme locally. The Board is made up of residents, community representatives, local organisations and partners who work together to identify priorities and oversee the development of the Neighbourhood Plan.
The Board plays a key role in ensuring local voices help shape decisions about future investment in the area. Find out more about the Neighbourhood Board, its members and meeting information.
